M3HHOMECARE'S Personal Care Services specialize in serving populations with either physical, intellectual, developmental, and/or mental illnesses.
Personal Care Services provide in-home assistance for individuals with functional limitations that need assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting or feeding. It is about feeling comfortable with a home care provider coming into your own private space and, possibly, assisting you with the most intimate care.
Our licensed practical nurses (LPNs) primarily provide routine, day-to-day nursing care. They help the patients bathe, dress and eat; go to the bathroom; change bandages, dressings and catheters.
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work under the supervision of a RN. They takes vital signs, medication reminders, report changes to nursing staff, transport patients, make beds and help with the overall daily routine.
Companion sitters are, as the name suggest, are companions to the disabled or elderly. They are responsible for providing social interaction for the client, which includes but is not limited to: Grocery shopping, Social events and encourages exercise.
They also alert nursing personnel of change in behavior or status.
Skilled nursing care is a high level of medical care that must be provided by a registered nurse. These services can be necessary over the short term for rehabilitation from an illness or injury, or they may be required over the long term for patients who need care on a frequent or around-the-clock basis due to a chronic medical condition.
Our registered nurses are available for care 24/7. They are accountable in evaluating and monitoring the patient’s condition. Ensure the development of your loved ones through our licensed and compassionate nurses.
